Jack, As you may recall there has been a protracted battle over mining rights between KRY and Placer Dome Gold...A legal battle where KRY has already had 3 court rulings in there favor....Just days away from the final and fourth (Veuzulean Supreme Court) ruling Placer Domes Execs were summoned for closed door sessions...Today it is reported they are pulling out of Venezula due to protracted court battle.. In addition, Placer Domes' latest reserve reports suddenly are revised downward by 8+ million ozs,even after the Bema aquisition. Sorry to appear vague and criptic (I am a long GPGI holder) but the better DD people really do reside at Stockhouse for this issue. I am 9000 long KRY and have just bought Feb 12 1/2 puts on PDG .. There will no doubt be shareholder suits because of their arrogance and past assurances to stockholders that they owned the gold.
