Pierre, the way QCOM retreated today, may be the street is not expecting a good announcement from QCOM tomorrow. I have to wonder with all the CDMA related patents, it may be QCOM's turn to file some lawsuits. They can always use the MOT atty who filed the Startac/Q complaint. By the way, why don't you join us on Feb 10 and give Paul P's boys a rest day. Ramsey
