I'm tending to agree with pkwknk. WinStar issued something like 3.3M shares to Dennis Patrick and the owners of Miliwave in a deal that closed almost one year ago. I don't recall the terms off hand, but I remember it said that the shares were restricted somehow and couldn't be put on the market right away. It might well be that the shares were not able to be sold for a period of one year and that one year is just now up. This might be the first chance Dennis Patrick and others have to profit from the Milliwave deal. Just a guess.
