You don't know? It's not really about voting twice. It is about voting 10s or hundreds of times. Since the ballots are now being mailed out on an unsolicited basis, it makes it eazy peazy to commit fraud. It has to do with all of the ballots that are sent out to dead people and people who no longer live in the area to which the ballots are mailed. Those ballots can then be harvested and then voted.

For some odd reason, dead people have been voting for decades. . We can go all the way back to JFK and Cook County. Anyone who has followed political history knows this as a fact.
