Michael, yes - I apologize for not getting back to the thread sooner. My broker had a very positive take on the whole thing. He found excellent enthusiasm top to bottom, management to rank-and-file. He found an attitude that they see themselves as the "Cadillac" of their industry and rightly so. They foretold of some pretty compelling cash flow numbers to come. Two major oil companies are making significant decisions by June on monitoring vendors and Ustman feels as though they have the odds-on chance to win. There is also an on-site leakage "gauge" product they are marketing which apparently is an exclusive, nifty gadget which could bring in several million in incremental revenue (this year?) The stock should begin trading as Ustman and under a new symbol very soon. My broker met the Saugaponack (sic?) people and felt very positive about their involvement as well. So overall he came back very much enthused about this long time, frustrating holding's future. If you have any specific questions I'll be glad to check back with my guy. Regards, Chris
