I'm sure there are some ballots mailed to dead people. It takes time for the death certificate to be input into the states voter system. And that person to be removed from the voter list.

The first thing that stops it, is they are dead <G>

So the question you can't answer comes into play. How are dead people's mailed ballots harvested?

Then another question will come up. Answer the first one and I'll give you the second one.<G>

So far my conclusion is your voter mailed ballot theory is false.
