My point was and is the US Constitution was written by humans in hope to build a better society that would be also democratic with an independent judiciary system. The constitution was not given by GOD or is not ruled by the laws of physics or chemistry. It is a legal framework that changes with time on a full consensus of the people for the people.

Since its inception many amendments and changes were added to the original US constitution due the various loopholes exposed, and changes of time, and that was my point that the Supreme Court started to be politicized heavily by the sitting presidents in stark contrast to the intention of the US constitution writers who tried to formulate the best set of laws and rules of conduct in their opinion at that place in time.

I had no opinion for or against Judge Amy Coney Barrett until the presentation of Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse, which makes a mockery of the independence of the Supreme Court and the Judicially system. Therefore I wrote what I wrote and it is not a “The Onion” assessment, this is real and special interests with substantial financial interest take over a well-intended constitutional democracy for their own benefit and not the benefit of the people for the people.

I watched many controversial Supreme Court or US FED nominations and as far as the controversial nomination of the Supreme Court nomination of Judge Clarence Thomas is concerned that ruined the life of a very talented attorney Anita Hill at the time.

Now the chickens of this nomination come back and hit home to express clear ethnic and racial discrimination as mentioned in this article; timesofisrael.com

A reminder of the old fable of the “Elders of Zion” spread over a century ago as a highly and vicious assertion that the “Jews” run everything in this world, not that I defend every Jewish person whoever he is and unfortunate there are plenty of Jewish thieves and swindler and you name it who were brought to justice.
When still living in NYC I personally assisted the SDNY Federal Attorney and the FBI to bring such types of the same faith as mine, to justice in Greater NYC.

But this is a far cry from what is happening now, with the nomination process of supossedly "independent" institution, and therefore I expressed myself as I did, which as an US citizen I strongly oppose.
