That's an easy one. If he lives per the first part of your sentence, his values are good. If he votes for mango, his judgement is really fucked up.

IMO, anyone who claims to be a christian and supports this cockwomble is a complete hypocrite. He is the complete antithesis of everything that a christian should aspire to or want to be. This ain't rocket science folks....
