I am going to make a wild prediction that Mcconnell will delay the "Handmaiden's" vote until after the election.

I have looked at the map and any Republican senate in a close race could well lose it by voting for Amy Barrett. And that goes for the House races and state races.

Split tickets rare these days and the Republicans are already in big trouble with the Biden landslide looming, and add this unpopular person being confirmed could be the death nail.

The pubs have a lot of close races and e.g.25% of Republicans do not want to see Roe V Wade overturned, and even more I am guessing do not want Obamcare over turned and pre existing conditions protection.

And even Republicans know they can't trust Trump, or the Republicans to replace the ACA.

If they vote before November 3rd, these close senate races will be in play and could go to the dem, IMO.

AK. Maine, NC, SC, Iowa, Montana, Georgia, and a couple of others
