75% of their expense is their SALARY- Fulfilled via MASSIVE SHARE DILUTION

It's several TRILLION shares that's being diluted if you count carefully.

It is their Modus Operandi: Sign up 50-100 channel partners that includes several mom and pop shops who can create fancy websites, stick their products, create a buzz, dilute the crap out of it to get their paycheck and years later- blame everything on Chanel partners that they can't talk about it due to NDA, craps like delay, covid19, and other BS.

During that period they will follow 25 point agenda to keep investors engaged/excited, mislead them via emails, podcasts, interviews, and willfully portray the rosy pictures, knowing that it's all dark.

Eg: Going to Big Exchange PR knowing that it is misleading and there will be no R/S. R/S and dilutions were always hand in gloves, they misrepresented 1000's of investors with misleading PRs and statements for over two decades but more from 2016 onwards.

They never had any DEALS of their own for a REASON- It's a well-crafted strategy by KAY, RAM & WALLER to Defraud investors, fill their pockets & feed their family by creating channel partners, and eventually blaming everything on them about all the deals.

Their recent filing clearly shows their con job profile.
