It is common knowledge that Russia has helped Trump into power, and continues to help him to stay in power. I think China would also like Trump's reign of error to continue - China shares Russia's interest in a weakened US. The Trump campaign is pushing the line that Biden is a friend of China and that China wants a Biden presidency, but the mere fact that this is the Trump line suggests that the opposite is true. He often pre-emptively accuses the other side of what he is doing or about to do himself.
