Humans like drugs and pot if used responsibly is the safest drug I know of. And the drug problem is just one of many the brave new world finds us with. Although as bad as it is, it is not that much worse than the abuse of alcohol over the centuries. Many People abuse drugs, especially alcohol, or life, and will usually find some way to get in trouble.. Fetal alcohol syndrome is a pandemic and causes serious mental retardation in thousands of people. There is no pot syndrome, brain damage, I am aware of? And of equal importance is the violence alcohol causes. Pot is sort of the opposite of alcohol making people calm. I grew up in an alcoholic household and swore my kids would never see me drunk. Drunks scare kids, and cause serious psychological damage, but not stoners. Kids usually don't even know they parents are stoned as they sit down to watch sesame street with them-lol.
