Make my day aC by telling me you already had your SMTC :o)

I print reports day-in day-out all-day every-day, so I try to minimize my resource usage. I do this to stretch it out:

1. I use PQET technology built into the printer.
2. I set the resource save option in the printer to ON.
3. I set the print darkness to LIGHT.
4. I turn picture grade option OFF.
5. I bump lines per page up to 70.

The printer prints in duplex, and has NEVER needed service. Just change the toner cartridge (I do not use after market cartridges).

One of the reasons I liked the Lexmark was because the HP 4 I had would crumple paper when it was foggy around here (moisture problem) but the Lexmark has never done the same. I'm sold on Lexmark, I wouldn't buy anything else unless it was not available from them.

Happy SMTC days to you hopefully!

Regards, JB

P.S. grrrrrr - Year of the Tiger :o)
