No leadership whatsoever that would generate a cohesive world with a common goal.
And, in context, thank God for that. That's one inhuman nightmare avoided.
The conceit, not just that it is possible, but that we should EXPECT the world should "be cohesive"... in thought... or to have a common goal... when reality forces recognition, at every turn, that we have disparate and competing interests and widely divergent goals ? That's not just "aspirational"... its dangerously delusional... in part as it distracts from the far more important leadership required in successfully avoiding the violence that ALWAYS tends to come paired with delusions about forced social homogeneity in belief... whether that's in Pol Pot's Cambodia, today's Hong Kong... or, Portland, Oregon.
Ignoring, for the moment, that Democrats, just now, won't stoop to agree with Republicans to provide people in need with another round of $1,200 stimulus checks... because... ? That's a simple enough "common goal", not at all complicated, so why can't Democrats be "cohesive" enough to make it happen ? Instead, you really want Trump, who we elected in 2016, and are about to re-elect for another four years... to do a vastly better job of imposing the required "cohesion" on you ?
How about, for now, we stick with the "common goal" of continuing to cohesively agree that we'll continue to live by the agreements we've already made... instead of starting out by claiming that the other guy's concerns, interests, beliefs, and goals don't matter... he just has to submit to your definition of his common goal in the let's "generate" a cohesive world dominance plan ?
Rather than fantasizing about what a great world it would be if everyone had the same interests, beliefs, desires... so the same goals... maybe... just try to accept that different people ALWAYS WILL have different interests, beliefs, and goals ? But, that's NOT EVER A PROBLEM... when everyone has agreed to respect others rights... and the law... which is the ONLY ACTUAL expression of our cohesion in a common goal that matters: requiring each of us has our rights, as individuals, to believe, think and speak as we will... respected equally... just as we respect the rights of others.
And, if that's not the shared, cohesive common goal you have in mind... then, that's a guarantee that there's going to be a lot more violence...
