However, if the desire expressed is not based in FIRST respecting others differences... which REQUIRES accepting others differences as valid, thus not seeking uniformity in opinion as the necessary condition for "cohesion" to exist... then all you've got going on is a bit of myopic delusion fostering mental masturbation.

Bottom line... shared opinion, however it is generated, is not an assurance that the 99,999 are right... and the one is wrong.
