No. Theocrat means someone of any religion who mixes their religion with politics. I don't give a fuck who her imaginary friend is- you don't support policies that make people bow and scrape to imaginary friends using the machinery of government, and you don't hold people hostage at their workplaces to other people's imaginary friends. Let your own imaginary friend run or ruin your life- but do not do it to others. Separation of church and state is NOT a religious test. You're way off the mark on that.
