Regarding article on Iomega "clicking" problem

Milt,

I did respond to the author (anyone else who would like to do this, just click on his name). Here's my response:

Mr. Festa:

I find it unbelievable that you would write an article based on comments from an Internet news group without substantiation.

If you knew anything about the Internet, you would know that these forums are breeding ponds for malcontents and others with ulterior motives.

I defy you to do any research at all into this "problem" and then print your retraction. There are 12 MM owners of Zip drives out there. Are you telling me that this "clicking" thing is a pervasive problem. Where's your facts on this one? I'd be surprised if you're not
sued by Iomega for this irresponsible reporting.

Unbelievable. It's people like you that disgrace the good name of professional reporters.
