Just a few months back- Gang of three- Ram PEMMARAJU, GEORGE WALLER & MARK L KAY announced to up-list SFOR to a major exchange. Criminal Mindset - colluded with benefactors to put out such PR's to DEFRAUD INVESTORS. With no revenue, no deals they promised s/h 'ers for NYSE or NASDAQ. 5th R/S - Well over Trillion shares diluted.
