Confession of one of the shareholder:
I was offered that though Mark with Daniel and refused at $0.0019 pre-split. That group will be buyers of the Reg A and I assume news will follow. I would love to see the names that invest in the Reg A...
Mark L Kay, George Waller & Ram Pemmaraju offering inside deals privately just before the reverse split few months back. Simply unreal- the management at the helm are running this share selling scheme for 20 years.

All PR's , deals are put out , only to sell shares.

This is a very serious matter.
