Well, I was not going to post again (Hubert I didn't say never, right?), but hell, here I go. After all, it's the company I'm angry at, not you people, so I'll try and share what I know.
I cannot say I'm pleased with the turn of events in the last week. But I also can't say I'm pleased with some of the material floating around this board. Don't get me wrong -- I am mighty pissed off about the number of shares outstanding. Mighty pissed off. And I'll point my finger at one person. Reading these posts, it appears to me that many of you share this contempt for him as well.
I got to thinking about this whole mess, and I have a couple of different feelings. One, I love this company's technology, the industry, and the business relationships the company has. I don't care what people say. Sprint, SAIC, Florida, Louisiana -- they are for real. I know because I'm a persistent son-of-a-bitch that has used every contact I have to find out about these events. Some of you have done the same. Called Sprint to verify the relationship. The VAR agreement was signed in late August. Called SAIC and ICE and confirmed that relationship. Called Inovision for verification on that end. Visited the company and seen the product first hand. Spoke with people from New York schools about products. Keeping certain management out of the equation, I think Ken Walther, Dave Bruggeman, and the group of engineers in Virginia are top notch. Hats off to you guys!
Having said that, I think it pains me even more to see this company bungled like this. Here's a tip for those who don't know. Fred Raumer and Dick Yoder were not very effective managers. Fred never closed a single deal. Dick's technical ability was so great that Walther went out and hired other engineers so the work would get done. Bidding these two guys adieu has brought no tears to my ears. Ken, Dave and the other engineers are the talent behind this company. I do hope for their sake that the weak links don't harm this company. I won't go into any details on here, but I've received some EMails from people accusing Fred and Dick of some serious things, that, if true, would certainly give just cause for Ken to dismiss them. Just so you know this is purely rumor, so I won't say more. However, I will say for the record that I am confident that Fred Raumer has stated that Yoder has shorted the stock, so I would keep this in mind when reading about some of the things he is saying.
NOW..... my point for posting. WEAK LINKS. Need I say anything more than simply: Charles Huttoe. Folks, no doubt about it. He has to go. And go ASAP. If this company is going to make it, they need a much stronger leader, and I would like to see Ken Walther take over. I saw somebody post the address to the SEC, but I think I have a much better, and certainly more productive, idea. I am putting together a petition, asking for the removal of Charles Huttoe as Chairman of Systems of Excellence, effective immediately. I really think he is responsible for this mess we are in, and I'd like to put this company in capable hands. I plan on sending this petition to the company this Wednesday, and would like to include as many names as possible. I will also post this on the AOL boards. I AM QUITE CONFIDENT THAT OUR PETITION WILL BE TAKEN QUITE SERIOUSLY. If you want your name on it, please EMail me at CBragg5169@aol.com. I am dead serious when I say I want Huttoe out, and out soon.
I do hope we get a big list. This company does have great potential, and it would be a shame to see it fall apart because of inept management. |
