Let's see ... If they do not close the deal by Jan 31 st
the acquisition of Atlantis will not happen. Any comments on what the price might do then? I think it would actually recover or hold steady instead of resuming its slow trend downward.

I don't think PN has the financial means to embark on this deal. I was told by a friend that Atlantis, although profitable at this point had seen a 10% decrease in its sales in the last year.

Anyone cares to comment on the whole situation?
