Dude - Pay attention. The difference between 0.80 (globe) and 0.84% (U.S.)... just not that much... a 5% variance basically noise. That IS the number of infections occurring and deaths resulting per million expressed as a percent. Earlier in the event... total to date... the number WAS at 4.0% mortality for the globe. Current numbers are WAY down... everywhere... mortality now 0.80%... only 20% of that original 4%...
