Luisa, you raise a good point. New management is bound by its fiduciary reponsibility to do everything that is in the best interest of the company and its shareholders.

And you can be assured that given the high profile nature of the situation, they will be taking whatever actions are necessary to make sure GMD is paid back the money it loaned to Farrell Financial and LMX Resources.

The reason I said GMD shareholders were lucky was that it appears that GMD might be trading again sooner rather than later. The only ones to benefit from the demise of GMD is a very dedicated group of shortsellers who love to profit from others misery.
