The guy doing all the aquiring looked like a kid to me. I couldn't see what they were bringing to the table. I think they overextended themselves depending on the stock price to go up so they could issue shares to pay for everything. Just looking at the stock price of USDL, it looks like it ain't happining.

Fonar has cash. Fonar can go in and use alot of the suplenmental equipment and just replace the noisy Tunnels and obsolete computers with quiet Quads. Cost Fonar maybe 1/2 M each. They might recoup some funds, selling Tunnels to Europian countries that like noisy stuff.
