Most of the original investors (plus management) do not
have publicly registered shares (i.e., this company
does not file 10-K, 10-Q's yet with the SEC. They are
currently registering warrants issued in connection
with their reverse merger (the backdoor IPO). Once they
are declared effective they will begin to file
documents with the SEC.

Anyway, only the original shares and those shares used
in acquisitions (that have survived the lock-up) are
currently trading (i.e., thin float).

I don't want to sound alarmist about this company. I just
want people to be careful to do their due diligence.
Figure out the total fully-diluted shares outstanding
(including the earn-out shares) and multiply by the current
stock price. Now divide that by a reasonable P/E. You
pick. Have the revenues even hit that level?
