I hear you Bob. Selling into a decline cane be really painful. At this point, I can pretty well live off my dividends and still have some left over to reinvest. When I have to take mandatory distributions, I intend to have a couple of years worth of cash built up so I don't have forced selling. Depending on the market dynamics, I may just take part of the distribution in kind so I don't have to sell. I
