Cheryl: I caught the conference and thought
Ira did a very good job. He is definately
getting better at this!

I also had a similar concern as L.E., however.
I will try to go through this with rough numbers
(my calculator just broke!).

FAMH Competition (SOSS)
Service Rev. 100% 100%
-(Direct cost of Service) (70%) (78.1%)
________________________ ______ ___________
Gross Margin 30% 21.9%
- (Selling, Gen., Admin Exp) (4%) (16.1%)
_______________________ ______ __________
Profit Margin 26% 5.8%

26% profit margin was calculated by assuming .11 EPS,
$8.5 mill in revenue, and 20 mill shares outstanding.
Gross margin was given by Ira at 30%. 4% was calculated by subtracting 30-26.

I checked several different companies and they all had
around a 16% SG&A ratio. Assuming an approximate 4% SG&A
that would translate into about $340,000 (4% of $8.5 mill)
or about $56,000 per office (6 offices - including corporate).

DISCLAIMER: These are ROUGH numbers. I am using
pen & paper instead of my trusty calculator.
I might be way off...I looking for some assistance!

Regards,
Lowell
