BW = Business Week. Somebody posted a synopsis earlier on this thread. Since I have been bidding my time waiting for a good time to buy VICL and ISIP, trying to balance potential with risk, I bought once I thought there was enough validation of technology and market potential, toward the low of it's trading range, thus slightly before article came out.
