So the ongoing saga of the stimulus continues. I expect the following outcome:

McConnell promises a vote after the election on a bill passed by the House if the House reaches an agreement with the current administration. Chump loses and the Dems also get a majority in the Senate. In the lame duck session McConnell brings up the bill for a vote and the Republicans reject it saying that it is time for fiscal responsibility. Nothing happens until the new administration comes in and then a bill gets passed and implemented.
