Dave, don't be too quick to pull out. This is a new accounting firm, they have a lot of numbers to justify. Seen it, been there. It has nothing to do with financial problems, Just covering one's ass. These guys have to certify that the books are in order. It's very easy to do if you were the last guy to check the books. If not, it's back to square one, and make sure that the previous guy was playing fair. It's to our benefit. ...Terry
