OT

I love salads in general but artichoke hearts, cauliflower, celery and sweet potatoes are particularly filling for me. I use fruits too which help like avocado, apples, dried cherries or dates. Don't get me wrong I still enjoy steak, chicken and fish I just have started to watch my portions and have reduced the way I used to eat. I try to have 2-3 days a week where I stay away from animal proteins and I have cut out soda, chips, junk food in general.
