good post. in addition, i would add that 3COM and MOT can do whatever they want. MOT may be the only user of their own chip, cause i doubt WSTL will. with TI, wstl has the ability to compete with 3COM. as for HAYZ...thats not even a ready, deployable solution, and it is the direct result of their relationship with ALA.

so, let the big guys play their game. all they have to do is keep going the way they are and they wont be around much longer. i dont think 3com is that big a threat...their management team decided that USRX would be a good buy<G>.
