Watching the business programs today. More new "green" high tech jobs, will be better paying and add "more" to the economy than old oil jobs. Retraining programs will be expanded. HUGE gains, but some pain. Infrastructure build out will pick up many, but not all of those jobs. I say YES, "green high tech" is the way to go. Oil will not be "gone", it will be used, but with FAR less polluting.
