I guess I'm talking to myself, but I'll post for anyone who might
be interested. Some buying by funds in the last two weeks.

Approx. 2,000,000 shares, State of Wisconsin Pension Fund
Yesterday, Franklin Templeton Funds filed a 13G for a total of
2.7 million shares: Franklin Resources, 1.6 million (7.5%)
Franklin Templeton, 1.1 million (5.3%)
Another 13G filed by Putnam Investments. I can't tell if they
lowered their stake or just trasferred shares from one fund to
another. 2% stake with 506,500 shares.
Also the conference call was very encouraging. New customers, new
products, closing old and outdated plants, cutting costs, etc. All
very good news IMO only, of course.
