thanks for the reply - I have on the back burner a plan to export tic by tic and the load it into supercharts - sort of a snapshot tic by tic
nothing else seems to work

i really don't have much use for their tech support - there is one other problem that they never fixed either....

once again I am thinking you get what you pay for
