NAK is gaming the Pebble permit process by dumbing down the project scope, while scamming potential Chinese investors with wink-and-nod visions of a full-size mine. Since the limited mine under consideration would still require a massively-expensive infrastructure build-out, it's unlikely to get financing without permits that allow sufficient payback for expenses and profit.

It's time for NAK execs to show their cards...
