That may be, I wouldn't know.
But, as I posted last August, they were the best
rapid test around: Message 32903124

This 3-week old Times story is not really talking
about rapid testing nor how the administration
would look sitting on their 150M doses while
there is a need in the country. If the states saw
that it was of no value, they wouldn't use it.
