Here's what I see:
Short-term (1 quarter): little change as Andyne is absorbed, and new products start to hit their stride

Mid-term (2-4 quarters): Return to 30+% growth as Andyne starts kicking in.

Long-term (1-2 years): Big payoff from continued WIndows NT strength (particularly once NT 5.0 is released)

What's the potential downside?
HUMCF doesn't have any signicant competition in their core market (Windows to host connectivity), so I don't see some unknown competitor killing them. But data warehousing is a tough market, and I have no idea how good the Andyne products are. HUM should get an immediate boost by being able to leverage their existing sales force, and there are some synergies between the two product lines.

The next quarter or so, I see as an accumulation opportunity.
