However, if you actually take the time to read the article, you can see that the article says the USA was the MOST PREPARED to handle a pandemic!

Here's a chart taken from the WaPo article. It grades countries on a scale of 1-100. The US came in at the top of the list with a score of 83:

As always, blue-check liberals don't care about facts. They only care about emotional narratives.

The fact of the matter is that under President Trump, the United States took massive action against the Chinese virus.
