I pulled up that link to the White House accomplishments to verify

I searched for word "ending" to see if "Ending the Covid-19 pandemic" was there. I did not find it.

I searched for "Ivanka" to see if she was described as "noted STEM expert". I did not find her identified as such.

I searched for "renowned" to see if Ivanka was described as a "renowned scientist'. I did not see that identifier.

I searched for word "over " to see if there was a claim that the pandemic was over. I did not see that claimed.

Looking closer to the Huffington link, I see this:

The Trump administration triumphantly declared victory over the coronavirus pandemic on Tuesday, one week before the 2020 election and with COVID-19 cases surging across the country.
The lie came in a news release on a new 62-page report from the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy listing what it claims are the scientific and technological accomplishments during President Donald Trump’s first term. The list includes, “ENDING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC.”

Ok, so now maybe I understand. There's a news release and there's a 62-page report. “ENDING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC" must be in the news release? That phrase is not in the 62-page report.
