Paul, Bear in mind that a fair portion of the stated accomplishments is from funding the administration didn't request or want (but Congress appropriated funds for) and/or related to a continuation of efforts started during the Obama years. S&T efforts in the federal government don't start or stop on a dime. It also gives a sense of the scale and scope of Federal efforts in the S&T arena. FWIW. KJ
