I would have a hard time holding that against Joe. I am 73 and ran marathons in my earlier life. My ankles are now problematic and jogging by me would not look good. On the other hand, I am not yet senile, and perhaps at 73 Biden was not also.

It is his mental acuity, not his jogging ability.
