Stelco Holdings (STLC-T) Scotia Capital analyst Michael Doumet increased his target to $21 from $16. Analysts on average target the shares at $14.60.

Mr. Doumet continues to rate the shares "sector outperform." Mr. Doumet says in a note: "We hosted a group call with Stelco's executive chairman and CEO, Alan Kestenbaum, and CFO, Paul Scherzer. It was a very bullish call.

We share the same bullishness -- despite the recent rally in the share price, we still see significant upside."

Credit Suisse analyst Curt Woodworth said Stelco Holdings was "quickly repositioning" into an industry leader. He reiterated his "neutral" call while boosting his share target to $12 from $10. The shares could then be had for $11.26.

National Bank Financial analyst Maxim Sytchev had reiterated his "sector perform" call on Stelco. He elevated his share target to $12 from $7. Stelco shares were then going for $12.75.
