USA Today has article today on Wheaties putting the Bass Angler of the
Year on their box. Says that more people fish than play golf or tennis
combined-35.3 M anglers in the US.
Also notes that Coke, Pepsi, Fuji Film, Rubbermaid, AC Delco, Wrangler, and Citgo have signed on with a pro bass organization.
Sounds like a booming business with the prospect of increased visibility There must be some interesting promotional opportunities
for RADAF. How about a coupon for a discount on a bass fishing game
in each Wheaties box? On the other hand, if you can't supply the demand, just ride the wave without additional marketing costs.
This whole fishing business feels good.
