No doubt in my mind that it is not being accumulated, it is being distributed.

Wrong. Make no mistake about it, someone has been accumulating slowly and quietly over the last couple of weeks.
The chart plainly shows it via the shape and size of the candlesticks and the small volume.

I'll try to remember to provide you with some links to info about what acc/dist look like.
