My solution to date is excercise and good sleep. Good diet.

Plenty of food like chicken soup with lots of garlic and ginger in it.

I take a multivitamin tablet once a day, it has most what I need according to todays medical science including zinc.

Studiously ignore all the stuff in the main stream media regarding official "advice" from the UK government.

I think Rachel Elnaugh, of ex Dragon Den is on the money regarding Boris and his chums. It will not surprise me to hear the face masks of full of carcinogens.

Read the "Great Reset" of 2020 same as the "Final Solution" 1944. Only this time it's near seven billion people not six million + as before, and it's being enacted on a world wide scale, as anyone with eyes in their head can read and see.

There is a steady pressure to take over every aspect of our lives first, and so far not much has been done to counter these aggressive moves to take over our private lives.

Just listen to this loonie. Tom Wheeler. No interest in any safety aspect whatsoever. There is a reason for that as explained. Just listen for a few minutes and then listen to one of Goebbels speeches (included below)
