On long lasting immunity, there is no way to tell for sure until the time has actually passed. However the science is leaning towards long lasting immunity as the most likely case. This is because SARS Covid-2 appears to be more similar in behavior to SARS (like in the cells that it targets) than to the common cold and long lasting T-CELL memory has been proven with SARS (at least 7 years). And also it has been proven that SARS T-CELL memory helps with fighting off SARS Covid-2. And lastly long lasting T-CELL memory is key to increasing the probability that an effective vaccine can be made.

So there is some hope for the future if you already had it OR if you are waiting for vaccine.
