David - I chickened out this morning. At 9:50, MU still had not broken the support of 33 5/8 on the NYSE. 2 trades occurred at 33 1/2 on other exchanges. I get nervous on the short side, knowing how fast MU can run on the upside, so I covered at 33 3/4. I see trades now at 33 1/4. Anyway, I'm back to the sidelines, and will wait for a buy signal later today or tomorrow. Patrick
