Does Trump have trouble understanding questions?

He doesn't deal with data in any ordinary sense. He doesn't read. He doesn't skim. This is indicative of a man who is no more than semi-­literate.

Gary Cohn said once, “It’s worse than you can imagine … Trump won’t read anything—not one-page memos, not the brief policy papers, nothing. He gets up halfway through meetings with world leaders because he is bored.”

trump's hypersensitivity to reading is among the most extensively confirmed attestations. National Security Council members through trump's administration have been told and must not defer from keeping policy papers to a solitary page. Numerous illustrations and maps must be incorporated to aid with comprehension. These things are less than a quarter of the size of briefings on Barack Obama's desk FFS!

Just one relevant point needs to be emphasized here. Briefers deliberately position the president's name in as many sections of any documents as can be allowed. This recipe draws in his whimsical attention and harnesses it for however long it takes for him to answer one single question.

trump is, in carefully strict terms, educated, only to a point.

But damn it, if you don’t bloody well read, how the hell do you answer questions without going ballistic and calling the enquirer a "nasty individual" because YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO ANSWER THE BLOODY QUESTION in a manner that is going to bode well and you’ve completely botched it in any case!?

trump is an apathetic lazy arse. He prefers verbal briefings, telephone conversations, and television because they’re all verbal, all aloud and generally ALL ABOUT TRUMP! But even that method goes by the wayside because he doesn't bloody well listen!

Considering this oral obsession, trump's infatuation with Twitter isn't as confusing as it appears. All it requires is just 280, characters typed one after the other. He feeds it with whatever he's viewing on TV at 6.30 pm while he’s dropping burger crumbs on his bedsheets!

Vacuum sealed. Nothing valuable goes in nothing valuable comes out!
