E- Technically speaking, NCES was just revisiting/retesting its recent low price. ff8.quote.com It looks as if there may be no breakout for a few weeks. But the stock is a screaming buy at the current price. The market can be wrong in the short term, and I believe it is overlooking NCES. Todd
